Customer service is awesome! I was having issues placing an order on my phone and thought I had placed the order, but received a call right after informing me there was an error with the information. The service lady was able to quickly help me resolve the error and gave me a little bonus discount for the trouble. Good store, would highly recommend

At first I was a bit aggravated because they wanted me doing tests on a defective part(one of a two pack) I had ordered that didn’t work. But after voicing my frustration, I received a message from Ahmed that relieved that frustration. He apologized for the problem and sent me a brand new two pack. Great customer service!!
