Great Customer Service
I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from Ublins. I encountered some issues with these first two (prescription did not feel correct and a few material defects of the frames). I reached out to Ublins to remedy the situation and they were eager to assist. They remained patient with me throughout communications (I tended to be a few days delayed due to work). They verified my prescription and issues with the frames. They created two new pairs of glasses and mailed them at no charge. The new pairs worked perfectly! They are great quality (both frames and lenses). I have already received many compliments on them too.
I was impressed with the support I received and their dedication to fixing the problems I encountered. Great customer service!

Great selection, great experience
I love both my new glasses and sunglasses! The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is the glasses frames are very light and I worry they may be easily broken. But unlike other similar sites, they got my prescription right on the first try! I love the selection of frames, especially the more punk/goth ones. Would order from here again without hesitation.

DO NOT BUY from Ublins
I ordered a new pair of glasses based on a friend's outstanding recommendation of this company. I received my glasses and within a day, they had cut into the bridge of my nose because the plastic bridge they use was very sharp. I immediately contacted Ublins and sent them photos. They offered to replace them but wanted another $80. Mind you, I'd already paid $225. They said I could return them but I'd have to pay the postage, I ended up 'negotiating' paying another $50 for another pair - ordered 2+ weeks ago now and have heard nothing. I ran into my friend of raving reviews and told him, he suggested I use chat instead of email, so I went on chat. They then tried to blame ME for ordering the incorrect size. I had already been down that road on email and these were exactly the same size as my current glasses - they refused to do anything about it and continued to blame me. Again, the plastic on the bridge is 'sharp' and digs into my nose and made it bleed - I sent them photos of it. I've gotten nowhere with them - DO NOT BUY from these people - if you have an issue, they refuse to deal with it and blame you for it. Never again. For what I paid, I could have gotten the glasses from my doctor to begin with and had someone to fix and issue and to try them before I bought them. Also, though they have an address in Texas, they are in China and when you email, you can tell by phrasing that - plus they answer you in the middle of the night. Buyer Beware!
Update to Ublins - did you not see the photo? the edge on the bridge is squared off and cut into my nose, it had nothing to do with size, these were the EXACT same measurements as my current glasses, the only difference is the part that rests on the nose on (all) my glasses is rounded, not straight across, and smoothed out, not a sharp angle as these were, again, not my fault - it's the overall design of the glasses, they fit fine, but after a couple of hours, they cut into the bridge of the nose
FINAL update - I received my new glasses, that I paid for and then Ublins offered to refund my $50 only if I amended my review (several emails worth) - and only AFTER I amended my review, with that said, I pointed out to them the fact that my review stands - and told them to just keep the $50, I wasn't about to be extorted over a lousy review for their attitude and my overall experience.

We carefully checked our inventory of your frame, and we personally tried it on, and there was no problem as you described.
So it is indeed because the size of the frame at the bridge of the nose may not be suitable for your face shape. As you mentioned, the overall size of the frame is not a problem for you, but the structure of each frame is different.

We offer 30-Day return and exchange. You just need to return the current glasses to our warehouse in TX to do the free exchange and we are willing to bear all the cost to remake the new glasses and reship to you, but you refused. So we proposed another solution, you can keep the current glasses, we will remake the new glasses and reship to you, only charging some processing fee. As your prescription lenses are customized products and the cost is high, we are still willing to bear part of the processing fee, charging only $50. And you agreed.

The lenses were not the right strength, took to an
Optometrist and was told lenses were not good quality and the frames break easily. The may look great but never again will I buy from UBLINS!
