Sent me a celery to wrong adress, so parcel was sent back now waiting on £900 worth of stuff i havnt received. Tried to email many times with no reply? Im trying for a refund but have had no reply again! Useless communication and have basikly taken my money and I have received nothing.

Avoid this company had a fault with my battery they sent me out a shipping label that clearly states 16kg to send the product back cause it had a fault…. So they send me out one battery (8kg) instead of two batteries (16kg) and now they wanting me to pay for there mistake £18 to resend out the battery then they email me again saying we can split the postage cost 50/50 now why should I fork out money to get something that was meant to be shipped out with other battery They take forever to email you back there’s no contact number on website nothing about refund or return policy (to do with fault) hence one star review if I could it would be 0 stars constant back and forth with emails making out it’s my fault Going to have to speak to trade and standards because it seems they refusing to send out another battery which they where meant too

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company. Having issues with my Flashspeed 1500 & extra battery, was in contact with them on eBay to which they expected me to pay for the return delivery of these heavy expensive battery’s. I messaged daily asking for return labels & got ignored. THEN they blocked my messages. Then I emailed directly & again IGNORED. This was all within my warranty time. I also wrote negative feedback on eBay and they managed to get it removed. I myself am a very popular vanlife YouTuber & will be spreading the word of this terrible company & horrendous customer service they provide. I have already convinced 3 vanlife friends to not purchase votman products when they planned on doing so. I Directed their hard earned money to bluetti & jackery. I will continue to spread the word of these vile scammers. BASICALLY DO NOT BUY VOTMAN BATTERIES. TERRIBLE COMPANY. £800 wasted. What ever they respond to with my review here don’t not believe a word of it. EDIT after their comment. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH The eBay Vtoman store is an official eBay shop linked to your company entirely so do NOT lie to me. You are a disgusting company full of deceit and lies. Honestly I can’t see you lasting long at all with the way the company’s ran. I’ve been spreading the word of your horrendous company very well and have successfully stopped sales, I will happily continue this. Just an update for everyone about my faulty Flashspeed 1500 & extra batteries. I had to sell them privately as faulty because I wanted them out of my sight. I paid £800 just under a year ago I wanted replacements as I was fully within my 12 months warranty, they then ignored and blocked Contact with me until the warranty had past (see a pattern folks?) I ended up selling them faulty for £300 for both…that’s a £500 loss for me when in reality I should have had brand new replacements.

Poor Customer Service

My flashspeed 1500 which I purchased in march 2025 from there Ebay store had a massive failure on the 20th January this year filling the room it was in with thick white smoke and a noxious burning smell. It will do the initial start up - Screen comes on - fans run for a second and then clicks and an error "03" appears on the screen. Contacted Vtoman who eventually replied after several emails on the 12th Feb stating that she had contacted their aftersale-service who would deal with my issue. Ive also emailed them several times. Still no reply as of 9th March.

These Vtoman companies are a vile bunch of beings. So bad. Please be very aware when buying from these people. They have many charging problems and think about the risk of fire (x fire service here) lithium is a very volatile energy science. Vtoman official -Store ebay stole £999 from me 7 months ago. These people just want your money. They have no morals so many people like myself have been stolen from. New buyers please go with the better units like Bluetti, ecoflow I have had experience with these brands no problem at all. DO NOT TRUST THESE COMPANIES. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING! Vile individuals!!!! So if Vtoman official -Store ebay if you would like me to stop with these damning reviews send me what I payed you for or refund me the money you stole and I will withdraw all my reviews which I do everyday and I will never stop. Don't mess with a messer they say!

Vtoman Flash just made an explosion and…

Vtoman Flash just made an explosion and stopped the AC from working I only used it on two trips. Then left it for a couple of months, then bang. Vtoman want me to return it. Now they are ignoring me. Ok they have now 18th March sent a replacement. So OK hopefully a permanent improvement to their service.

Avoid

Avoid - sent me a much lower specification and lower cost product than was ordered. Customer service unresponsive to claim a refund that their T&Cs is part of the purchase.

Poor battery Vtoman 1500x and poor customer service

Received Vtoman 1500xbattery after looking at reviews online/YouTube etc. After 2 days, I wanted to return as reviews were false. I emailed customer services. Took a week to get a response advising I should keep the item as postage would be £15. I responded and advised I'm happy to pay postage, send me postage labels. 2 weeks later, unprofessional response 'you need to send back yourself' no greeting or thanks for email!. Also saying battery could get confiscated, if it does, they won't accept responsibility. This planted a seed of doubt, so decided to keep the battery, as I just know I will lose both the battery and money.

I am Satisfied with this battery.

Having used this rechargeable battery pack from VTOman for 2 months every day, I am pleased with its performance, my usage is, charge over night from off-peak grid low rate use all day to boil kettles or run white goods and charge other rechargeable devices all at the lower overnight grid rate, these = 8 kettle boils or 2 full hottest washes, it may not seem much but when one considers the difference between rates it builds up over a month. 5 stars.

I would like to write a few words. If someone says they have no contact with the company, they are lying. Vtoman has never let me down. I wish everyone were as honest as Vtoman. I bought my first Vtoman Jump 1000 set with an extra battery almost three years ago, and it still works to this day. Two years ago, I bought the Vtoman Jump 1500, also with an additional battery, and it still works perfectly. I know that electronics can sometimes fail, but the company always tries to be fair and honest. I truly wish this company continued success in its development. Thank you for The gift
