Good communication throughout from ordering to delivery. Simple and easy to use. Though I have not used it for an off grid camp as of yet.
Glad to hear you're happy with it! Wishing you many powered-up adventures off the grid. Happy camping!
The only thing that makes them a 4 star is the lack of communication otherwise it would be a 5 star from me. They had a week off when I ordered and they didn’t inform me the solar panel was out of stock otherwise good service and price. I haven’t used it yet
Dear Customer, We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your positive review and valuable feedback. We are delighted that you appreciate our products and pricing. However, we sincerely apologise for the stock shortage issue. This coincided with our team's holiday period. Although we had arranged for regular after-sales support, we were unable to fully address all customer enquiries. We shall learn from this experience and strive for continuous improvement. We hope you find our products entirely satisfactory in use. Wishing you every success! Best regards, Vivi
We need a back up for any power cuts. We have a 2200 watt petrol generator but that can’t be operated indoors. The VTOMAN (same 2200 watt rating) can now give us full power back up completely indoors by plugging into our separate kitchen ring main which services all kitchen appliances, lighting and TV + radio. A real comfort in emergency.
Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing VTOMAN as your family's emergency power solution. Compared to traditional gasoline generators, you not only gain equivalent power but also the freedom to use electricity indoors with peace of mind during stormy nights. This tranquility and safety are paramount to us. We look forward to VTOMAN continuing to provide you with stable and reliable power support during any future outages. Wishing you all the best! Best regards, Vivi
Pre sale information easily read and understood. Brilliantly packaged. Superb quality product straight out of the box. Arrived showing 82% charge, used it three times to boil 1-1/2 litres of cold water. Ran electric hoover and a couple of DIY power tools. End of that 30 minute test plugged in supplied solar panels, not in direct strong sunlight at the time. The available remaining charge was showing 78% at this point, and the solar panel managed to produce 130watts of recharge value. Unit was showing a stored charge of 96% within 90 minutes. Brilliantly super and highly recommended.
Hello, Thank you very much for your kind comments, in your description, we see the most real way of a good product - it should not be a cold pile of parameters, but should become a silent partner to accompany you to conquer the unknown and simplify life. Rather than being the end of a transaction, it should be seen as the beginning of our joint exploration of sustainable lifestyles. The unspoken expectations, the deeper needs hidden behind the ‘nice to have’, are driving us to evolve towards a more extreme experience. We look forward to seeing you unlocking more usage scenarios with this power station. We wish you a happy life! Best regards. Vivi
