As with loads of reviewers, my experience has been awful thus far. Package has been lost by FedEx. FedEx have told me to contact vtoman for a refund, to which I have with no response.

I saw the VTzoMan 2200 jump whilst watching a motorhome vlog and decided to gave look at the product. I bought one so we could go off grid. We used it during a long power cut and where able to watch tv and cook dinner.

Great product
The product is very good and does exactly as the company claims. The packaging is excellent and the product arrived in showroom condition and worked straight out of the box. Parcel Force, the delivery service used, was, however, its usual unhelpful self and I had to arrange a re-delivery using Parcel Force's web site — not a good experience but the re-delivery arrangements did actually work. All in all, not the worst online buying experience I've ever had and, as I said, the product is excellent and I've ordered a second one.

The battery arrived quickly
The battery arrived quickly. At present it gives a Samsung digital compressor freezer fridge an extra 18 hours of power before it finally goes off. I am hoping power cuts will not be any longer than that.

I have now sorted out my dispute
with ukvtoman,they have now kindly sent out the Vtoman 600w power station as a replacement for the one that failed to charge after one usage,fingers crossed.I hope it lasts .

The customer service was very poor. There was a delay with our order and when emailed to ask where it was, apart from taking days to get back to us, we received a generic answer with tracking links, that I already had. Either didn't actually read the email or ignored my question. So we were starting to worry whether it even been sent

I was looking for portable power for my astrophotography work, something that could power lights, mounts, dew heaters, a small computer and all the other peripherals through the night, the jump 600!does not disappoint - also needed a lot of connectivity for 12v and USB, and I got that too! All in all, a great piece of kit at the price!

The VTOMAN FlashSpeed 1000 Power Station is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It arrived very well packed and protected. Bought it due to the number of power outages we in the UK have had recently. And there is more planned due to the stupid net zero that our government are forcing upon us. Tried it out by turning mains power off as a dummy run and used it for boiling water, lighting, a fridge freezer and even a microwave over an 8 hour period and still had 30% power left. Fantastic. I highly recommend it.
