Excellent quality product and fantastic customer service

When placing my order I requested urgent delivery. In order to ensure the goods were dispatched asap one of the managers personally drove them to the courier depot. Sadly the courier (DX) then badly let down Stairparts, firstly by missing the promised delivery date and then only delivering 3out of 4 packages. The fourth one turned up 4 days late. Throughout the frustrating delays Stairparts were doing everything they could to chase the courier and ensured I was kept fully informed throughout. The delays were entirely down to the courier. I couldn’t have asked for more from Stairparts as they tried to fix the problem. When the goods did finally arrive ( oak spindles, rails and newel posts) I was extremely happy with their quality.

Do you need a beautiful handrail

The product was well made, it was delivered promptly, it was fairly priced. The rail was excellently packed. My only comment was that I needed to ask for a spare bit of wood for varnish testing which was willingly given, no problem.
