Our experience was very good. They assured us that the stair handrails were going to be the right length. They were. The quality of the wood was excellent. They phoned us with an arrival time and everything arrived in perfect condition and perfect timing. Highly recommend the product and the service.
Great service from start to finish, things I wasn't sure about quickly explained delivery was quick and I had a call the day before with expected time of arrival and the driver was spot on and very friendly for 7 30 in the morning. All said I was more than pleased with the service and will definitely be using again on another job I have coming along in a few weeks
Items arrived today as they said it would , good communication to ask if I needed the handrails cut to length, packaging was outstanding and the product was to a high standard, would highly recommend this company.
