Great Job
I recently ordered a selection of stair parts for a DIY project, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and offering advice to make sure I chose the right components. Their knowledge and guidance really gave me confidence to tackle the project myself. The parts arrived quickly, were very well packaged, and the quality is excellent. Everything fit perfectly and the finished result looks fantastic. It’s rare to find a company who not only provide great products, but also genuinely care about helping their customers get it right. I would highly recommend them to anyone starting a DIY staircase project — excellent service, great prices, and lovely to deal with. Thank you!
Great company
Great company, delivered on time, will definitely use again.
Excellent service
Received the handrails within the time scale given when I ordered. What made it better was when I contacted them and said that because I had removed the old handrails for decorating and my wife was struggling getting up the stairs, Dave expedited the delivery so that I got it the next day. I had problems with the screws and Dave sent me a new pack of screws.

Hi Geoff, Sorry to hear that your order arrived in 2 deliveries. All of the items were collected from us by DX Freight Services at the same time. Although very rare, the mis-routing of parcels by couriers can occur on occasions. Glad to see that all parcels arrived safely and thank you for the order. Regards David Chapman
