The only improvements I want to see for this product line are: 1) Dual-band support for the walkie talkie (137-174MHz and 400-480MHz) 2) Tier-2 DMR support (to allow selection of Time Slot 1 or Time Slot 2).

I was totally happy with my Power Armor 13. Used it for almost 1 year until I got Armor 18T. Now I'm totally happy again. I bought ulefone for my family. So I also have armor 10, 12 and 11T. Ulefone is the best. I never ever think of other phones anymore.
I do have still my armor 9 from couple of years ago and still a beast! Can't wait to get maybe the last armor 19t or 23 🪨
I was a bit dubious about getting a new phone, but seen all the comments on the Ulefone Power Armor 18 and this choice has been the best I've ever made so far, so much more internally than my previous android phone. Well happy.

ULEFONE Smartphones are the best in the Rugged Phones category without a doubt. And, I am really enjoying the ULEFONE Armor 17 Pro that I acquired in December 2022. Furthermore, I am happy to see that ULEFONE is progressing and following the evolution of Mobile Technology with Smartphones that are increasingly modern and advanced.
I have my second Ulefone. I came from the Ulefone Armor 3T buying my Ulefone Armor 11 5G. Really great products, real rugged with a great customer service despite the country where I live. (ARG). I´m sure that I´ll buy again ther products.
Ulefone would have to be the best phone I have ever owned. They are strong, reliable and have amazing features that NEVER let you down. They are built for rugged environments and I am always charging my friends batteries with my phone. Looking at the new armor 20WT I am seriously considering the upgrade as I have the armor 7 but its still going strong after all the years. Its been dropped many times and even fell into a creek with no ill effects.... no words to truly describe how great these phones are. Highly recommended.

I don't own a phone but let me tell you from what I've seen/read, these phones are sooo great. 108 MP camera, infrared viewing, there so rugged looking, no other phone that I've seen comes close..
I got Ulefone Power Armor 18 and this big phone is better than everything I have before.
I love my new 18T! Got it for the thermal imagery, huge battery that lasts in extreme cold, its massive memory and 108 MP camera plus a lot of other great features. The thermal is impressively sensitive and shows details from your camera overlaid on top of the thermal so you can read numbers and stuff. Kinda lags a bit and I would've liked a feature that senses the hottest/coldest locations and sets the temperature readout crosshairs on those spots. This is a great phone for my job on a Canadian drilling rig. The battery lasts for the most part of a week in extreme cold and the microscope is awesome. My only complaints are that when certain websites pull up your camera for things like ID verification, the default camera that gets brought up is the microscope which I can't take a photo of my ID with and the websites don't give you the option to switch the camera type, forcing me to use another device. As for the camera, it can take great pictures but can be easily blurred if you don't hold the camera steady. A feature to take smooth shots while not being completely steady would've been perfection. Focusing could be quicker too. The case I bought with phone broke while I was first installing the carabiner. The plastic was very weak and broke were the carabiner attaches. The phone is so tough, you don't need the case though and the strap that attaches to the phone is a better way to secure it from drops. I wish I ordered the endoscope instead of the case. Another is that the phone charge block sent isn't for North American plugs. I'm not sure what country it's for but it's not mine. Now I have a wasted block that could've been sent to the appropriate country and now I have to find a 66W USB-c block somewhere else.
I got my first rugged phone (power armor 18T) and it's very good phone. The Flir camera, microscope and endoscope fiture are very interesting for me. That's not all, the tool bag like a compass, noise meter etc it's another useful apps. I recommended you to purchase it
My experienced with AliExpress and uleFone I will be foolish with this fraudulent seller on AliExpress who's uleFone seller. Really scammer seller. I had a bad experience with a uleFone as a phone company, so after 2 years of had uleFone I said let me buy another uleFone again, maybe the device gets better than their older. So I bought the uleFone Armor S12, i have video on YouTube i tried to just put a link over here but it didn't allow me to listed Defective phone from its factory. When I contacted the seller, sorry i mean scammer and sent him a video to clarify the problem, he told me that I could not gave your money back this phone look like fallen down or dropped in water. So i asked why called this phone roughed phone in case that it falls down or in fallen in water, he is stupid scammers then he asked me to ship the phone to get serviced on my own expense. At this moment, I realized that this seller is just a swindler, so I contacted AliExpress customer service to explain to them I bought new phone, so i am not ready to get defective phone, so I have the right as a buyer to get a new phone without any problems or manufacturer defect. This phone has problem and I do not want any maintenance to it which I want only a full refund. Now i wait what happens with AliExpress customer service but i got today an email from them to told me sorry we can't do nothing and also I can't write review to tell people avoid this kind of phone and this seller. # My Advice to All, do not buy from this thief and specifically uleFone.
Ibought the note 6 off amazon and its been disappointing to say the least and i was so excited because i have had a bad run with buying faulty phones(last 3 or 4 phones) :( anyway all kinds of system glitchés ie the internal system or cpu whatever says nit working and all the syatem permissions and settings change on their own like my phone has a mean ghost in it who thinks this is funny :( it charges terrible and my battery dies within 2-3 from a full charge....amd is nit supported by wireleas chargers but ulefone now has a wireless charger mabe its like a samsung A series where its such a great deal but this can happen..lhooeless and heartbroken in canada it seems im not suoposed ti have a non glitch phone ever since my samsug s20 was atollen at the dentist office durrig a root canal...sorry for the novel ...im going to try now to pkay my choppy wheel of fortune on my phone....i know ulefone cant do anything i dont think amazon hasna warranty i prob have the only bad apple in ulefone lol.i am still in desperate need of a reliable phone that is glitch free ...i cant even trade this in i think this model is obselete thats all sorry my review is so long and depressing..
Terrible. Slow, hangs up in every 5-6 hours, very big to hold that's why keep dropping, less options, very heavy and thick. Not recommended.
