When I eventually recieved my ulefone Power and took it out of the box I was impressed with it.
Indeed for several months the phone worked great and the battery life was impressive. After 7 months the battery was not lasting a day.
Then at night you could turn the phone off with 90% battery life and in the morning there would not be enough power to turn on.
I contacted Gearbest who supplied the phone and the said it was outside the 45 day warranty period. No 12 months with these guys.
Then I decide that I would remove the battery only to find it had completely melted inside. They wanted $147.46 off me to return it or a credit to my GB wallet of $18.45, how bad is that.
What is worse they cannot supply a battery to put in it.
I guess you get what you pay for,
I bought a phone from this company Ulefone.com, it arrived broke with the camera glass missing,I contacted them and was told I had to send it back to the supplier, they could not even be bothered to send me the small piece so i could fix it myself. If I had sent it back it would have taken nearly 2 months to get back to me.
I wrote on their facebook pages about my experience, along with a lot of other people. Now all the bad reviews are removed from the Facebook page and I am blocked from writing anything.
They want to make sure that they only have good reviews on their site and delete all the bad ones
SInce then the screen has stopped working,it is only 2 months old, they will not even send a replacement screen, they want me to buy one for 70$.
This is one company I would never buy anything from, service and suppoer is ZERO
