I used Ulta Lab Tests done at Quest Diagnostics inside Tom Thumb in Dallas County, TX. Quick in and out for an afternoon appointment, and complete blood test result was available online within 2 days. Satisfied.

ULTA Labs is the Best

They are amazing. I have been able to monitor my own chronic medical conditions when my doctors have been unwilling or unable to. I cannot overstate how grateful I am for this service existing. The site is easy to use and navigate, I have never had an issue with my labwork not appearing at Quest, and the results display promptly. I have never had this easy and frictionless of an experience with any doctor in my life ever.

Fly by Night Labs

I ordered a lab test before I had to go on a trip. I found a lab that was open on Saturday even though it was a little bit of a drive. I end up in a terrible neighborhood and the "lab" address is a converted storage locker. I knock on the door and am told that business is no longer there. I call the number and the employee says they will drive and meet me wherever to draw my blood if I pay her an extra $65! I try to call Ulta and it takes about 5 times to reach someone. He reschedules me with a place called "Ashley's School of Phlebotomy" in the suburbs. I call and make an appointment and drive to the suburb. As I am getting there they call me back and say they cannot meet me because "they cannot get to the office because of the rain.". It is not raining where their office is. I have tried to call back Ulta numerous times but can't get anyone. Horrible experience. They really use fly by night providers for the customer experience

Perfect experience

Perfect experience! Quest wanted $620, purchased my tests through Ulta for $104 and had my tests completed at my local Quest. My results were in my email the next morning. So refreshing to deal with a company not trying to rip me off!

Great selection of Tests and Affordable

I depend on Ulta for my health tests that I believe are critical at my age and with the challenges I face. The tests are affordable and the selection of tests is incredible. I have used Ulta Lab Tests for years. I highly recommend them if you are ever curious about a health concern and want to be proactive versus reactive. Love them!

This website using bait and switch type advertising…

This website using false advertising techniques by stating that most all test results will be processed in 1-2 days. However if you just add the tests to the cart without opening up all test descriptions fully on another page, you will not realize that they actually state 5-6 business days or 7-10 business days. I even asked the technician and she stated 1-2 days at most. ….what bloodwork takes 5-6 business days. That is unacceptable and I will not be using this website ever again.

Spectacularly awful service

Extraordinarily awful experience in the Rockford, IL location... Checked in for 5:30 appt 10 minutes early, 3 patients ahead of me in the queue. At 5:40, no one had moved. Found out there were 5:10 and 5:20 patients ahead of me STILL waiting. After knocking on the door, a polite but very harried Ulta employee opened the door and told us she was THE ONLY person staffing the place. She was doing everything, from administrative to blood draws. At 6:00 a patient scheduled for5:10 was admitted. I left. Tried to contact the company through the website... I get an ERROR 500 screen. Tried the 800 number and the Scottsdale office number. No answer. To any (non-AI) Ulta person reading this: I'VE STOPPED PAYMENT. I am definitely up for the fight if you try to bill me. To prospective new patients: Stay the hell away.
