My order arrived with the bottle properly sealed and protected inside the parcel. The delivery updates were clear and matched the actual arrival day. I also appreciated that the courier left the package in the safe place I selected. Everything felt organised and professionally handled.
I was scammed by this company from the outset with them taking more money than was agreed from the very first sale. All of my attempts to request a refund and a cancellation of the subscription were dealt with by a bot email account that kept offering me discounts but did not answer my requests. This company is a scam. I have contacted my bank for resolution.
The performance gummies were dispatched quickly and packed securely. I received the parcel at my office without any delivery trouble.

Hi Have had the same experience as everyone else - I was looking at trying and I was sent a message from ultimapeak and I asked the question is this a one off payment they said yes so I paid and received goods - yet yetsreday another payment was taken from my account not happy

Purchased a product which arrived in good time; however, a further payment was taken from my account, and they said that I had agreed to a subscription. I am always careful when purchasing to tick the right box; as a result, I will not be purchasing any further products from this company and would urge others to get written confirmation from the company that you are making a one-off purchase before parting with any money. Still waiting for their confirmation that the subscription they say I have has been cancelled. Also, the cancellation process is not easy, so be very aware.
I enjoyed the product, but when I cancelled my subscription the experience turned horrendous. I was inundated with constant up-selling emails to keep the subscription, which I constantly turned down. When they finally accepted defeat, they didn't cancel the subscription and I have to start the process over. Poor customer service and organization.
I was leery of trying bc of so many failed attempts of other brands but something told me to try it and I am very satisfied with the outcome! I have already recommended to my friends! Thanks for a great product U.P!

I have yet to try the product but after noticing that I am now on a recurring subscription, it is proving very difficult to cancel even though I have given plenty of notice before the next shipment. I will have no choice but to cancel my card to prevent further payments being taken.
Great experience all round, from ordering process and delivery time to the product itself. Tastes good, and have noticed results in good time. Would recommend to anybody who feels the need to improve blood flow and mind set!

I ordered as a guest. No account-no subscription. I have now been fighting with thier AI customer resonse system for 3 months. No phone number to call. They keep charging my account and sending me product that I have not ordered and will not respond to my requests for return of the items or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM!!!!
