Amazings phones

Amazings phones, very powerful, great photos, I love the phones I just have 1 inconvenience, they sent me the wrong model phone, they sent me the F3SE instead of the F3, a model with fewer features of the phone I ordered. So, I really want win this giveaway.

I'm happy with umidigi phones

I'm happy with umidigi phones, they are really powerful, nice and good price, but I just have 2 inconvenience, first, I bought a umidigi F2 in the past, but it only works for 1 year, second, I recently bought the umidigi F3, via DHL, but it came 1 week later, and they send me the Umidigi F3 SE, we already solve this problem, but of course I wanted the F3.

I have been following UMIDIGI's journey for quite some time now and i must say its one of my favorite brands

"All sales are final" ... So it appears. Bought a device (Umidigi F2) via the branded Ebay European shop. About 5 months later the hardware (mic) and partially funny software behaviour (bugs with sharing screenshots etc) motivated me to contact seller on ebay. After initial response that they would get back to me after Chinese new year...weeks after weeks (and follow up emails) no response. ebay support was no help either. Contacted Umidigi directly, the service department didn't take any action. Long story short...the devices are great as long as they work. Don't expect any support if they don't

Never ever umidigi.

Never ever umidigi. I bought 2 umidigi cells at their own shop at dx. One broke after less than 3 month and I claimed the warranty. I sended it back (I paid the fees) Backward, forward mails to dx and umidigi, closed case I can't count how often, but no help. I bet it was only a robot answer. I give up after around one year and that's the way they work. Now I have one working cell for the price of two plus postal fee to China. Better buy a Samsung or other well known Taiwan brand and not from China

Umidigi bison Pro

Bought Umidigi bison Pro less than a year and the screen started to move by itself when im surfing the net.Even though they are waterproof , shockproof and dropproof but I believe Umidigi phone doesnt last more than a year I believe most of the 5 star experience are fake.

umidigi uwatch 5 do not buy!!

Bought a umidigi uwatch 5 What a total piece of garbage, poor service, and support. Doesn't do as intended, No SMS or phone notifications even though it's stated in the product description. All I can say is do not purchase, total rip-off, tried to get refund got nothing. buy a reputable brand instead.

Never buy UMIDIGI

I brought a UMIDIGI smartphone. But it cannot be turn on less than one Year. I contacted the UMIDIGI service because the phone is still under warrant, however, it takes them one week to ask me the problem. After I told me that the phone cannot be turn on, they did not reply to me anymore. I wrote many emails to them during following half year, but no single reply. Best cellphone brand

I like this brand,Become they created a awesome phone with had a good specs and design,But I wish improvement in processor because Helio g25 in kinda low,it was not good on gaming

It's a good phone sometimes the phone has some minor error. Nice camera you need to work more on the battery

If I could give Umidigi a -5 review I would. I bought 2 phones from them. They are giving problems because when a call is made the other person can't hear me. I contacted Umidigi for the last 2 months and I've gotten no response. They don't care about customer satisfaction, only about stealing your money for defective phones. Before this experience, I thought they were a good company, bc I had 2 phones from them that worked fine, but once you have a problem, they ignore you. Do not fall into that trap, find a different phone company.
