Initially got wrong item, but am glad the Union Hardware team was quick to fix the problem, and even went on to source the item I needed. Thank you guys for being professional.Not even mentioning that they fixed the manufacturer's wrong. They compensated the shortfall caused by the manufacturer .

The follow-up from staff on my placed…geyser purchase
The follow-up from staff on my placed order was good. The staff at collection area where disengaged and brought the wrong geyser that then took another 20 minutes to sort out . The store in msasa needs a serious facelift.

I was initially doubtful if that my online purchase would be fulfilled (physically) hence my preference to pay for the order in person (I could have paid online). However after visiting your shop I now believe the system work. You may need to improve the system to automatically recall the order (using some reference number) instead of the sales team recapturing the order details again at the shop.

I had to wait for an hour because you misplaced my invoice when i wanted to collect my order. Also when i came for payment i was told the items have been sold yet i had ordered online in not sure if your online store will be up to date.

My plumber picked up our toilet seat cover that was wrapped up in plastic. He was shown the product before he left. At home 2 miles away he tried to attach the seat only to discover it was cracked. Contacted Union for a replacement approx 2 hours later. They refused on the basis that they checked the cover together with our plumber despite the fact that the crack only becomes apparent when you stretch the seat. I am angry because I had done my renovations on my house over a year and spent nearly USD4K with Union. The seat cost 36us. They have lost me forever.

An Exceptional Experience at Union Hardware great experience when dealing…
Had a great experience when dealing with Workington and Pomona branches.
Was able to buy from Pomona and picked them up from Workington branch.
Staff were helpful especially Walter at Workington, despite a few hiccups.
