I am very happy with the service
I am very happy with the service. I ordered online and put in my sister in law address as I am out away. The next day I received a call fro my sister in law that everything had been delivered. Thank you.
We have also returned hardware before and the process is very smooth. They are very helpful to my family who do erands for us.

Good online shopping experience. I sent someone to pick up the bathtub and mirror I purchased online. however, the mirror was not in the Pomona store, and Union Hardware resolved the issue by retrieving the mirror from the Workington branch. the mirror was then collected on Monday, and free transport was provided to my home. overall, I'm pleased with the service and will definitely shop again. also found Union Hardware are slightly cheaper than their competitor next door.

I ordered on a Tuesday and only received the consignment on Saturday though they promise a 48hr turnaround if you"re wíthin the city. When I tried to follow up with the online purchase guys it showed they"re not accountable to anyone; that they do as they please. After nagging them they eventually gave me a Fedex number to call and couldn"t provide a tracking number. I called Fedex who gave me a number for another courier. That courier gave excuses and eventually stopped answering my calls. When they eventually delivered I had already assumed I wouldn"t get my order; that my money had gone down the drain.

Regarding the 48-hour turnaround, this is typically an estimated timeframe provided by the courier under normal conditions, rather than a guaranteed delivery window. We do understand how this may have been interpreted differently, and we sincerely apologise for any miscommunication.
We also understand your concerns around communication. Our team has advised that courier details were shared upon request, but we regret if this did not meet your expectations or caused any inconvenience.

"I placed an online order and requested to pick it up at closing time since I needed to drive across town urgently. Union Hardware have finally supplied the the manhole cover which initially wasn't in stock, apologised for the mishap, and even provided free paint plus paid-for delivery to my home.l’m very satisfied with how they resolved the issue, and I’ve already ordered more products from their website.
