Excellent Company

Uniqso is the only contact company that I purchase from. I’ve been using them for years and their contacts are always as described. The only downside is that sometimes the contacts will be out of stock after purchasing—however their team is really communicative and will give you the option to exchange for a similarly priced pair or cancel that out-of-stock order. Love them!

I never received my prescription color…

I never received my prescription color contacts. When I tried to track them online, it said they were delivered on 2/09/2024, but I never got them. I paid about thirty dollars for them.

Exceeded expectations

Customer service was very courteous and understanding about the issue I had with a lens I purchased offered two options for me to select from. I was extremely appreciative and happy with the attention to my issue, which increases my confidence that I’m patronizing a good company.

Contacts are comfortable and beautiful

The contacts are beautiful, fit my cosplays perfectly, and are comfortable.

One contact was sent for almost $20

One contact was sent for almost $20. They changed their policy and won’t provide shipping. Ridiculous shipping costs back to China makes it seem intentional. They know you won’t return it because it’s such an expense and hassle. I’ll never buy from them again.

The pupil holes are wayyyyyy too big

The pupil holes are wayyyyyy too big, it just looks weird seeing my eye color stocking out

Never received order and customer…

Never received order and customer service never responded. It’s been over a month and I never received item, and won’t refund me. They want you to pay for shipping insurance. Order from MocoQueen they are on top of things and I always get my items.

A very great service. Lenses could be pricy at times, but that compensates for very quick shipping and quality of the contact lenses. Support is also very friendly, helpful and professional, don't be afraid to message them in case you run into problem during your order.

Beyond my expectations😊

Never received product

Ordered in January 19, received notification it was shipped January 26. It’s almost been a month and half that I haven’t received the product. USPS has probably lost my package since it’s been in “transit” for awhile now. Never been actually delivered. Pretty disappointed.
