The website is easy to navigate and the selections are great!.. but, it is extremely frustrating to try and track your order. For me, this is where my dissatisfaction lies. Compared to the rest of the site, this seems to be where creation was rushed or not given as much effort. It is way to bare and simplistic to be able to see what is what and overall just a nuisance. Love the site, keep it up! ^^

Affordable cosplay contacts. I have to wash them everytime I pull them out to use them because they attract bacteria or something (looks like clear stuff growing off of it! 🤮) which I haven't had a problem with other contacts. didn't want to throw them away cause they were only a week old, washed them with alcohol and rinsed with saline, used them and they haven't made me go blind yet so 😬👍
Hey, hold on. Dont tell us you have been rinsing your contact lenses with alcohol? Alcohol is highly toxic to your eyes. Can you please write us in detail about this to [email protected]?
Don’t pick DHL, shipping takes forever even thought it’s express shipping. Contacts were nice.

I'm really sad! I waited nearly a month for three sets of contacts and I was not at all bothered by the wait! But I eagerly opened my package this morning to find I only received two sets of contacts? My order confirmation email shows that I ordered three but sad to say I only got two. :(

I like purchasing here but this lastime I ordered I received an email saying the prescription I ordered they didn’t have it(after my order was placed) I had to send another prescription

I never got my text notifications for when my contacts would be delivered. I’m pretty sure I chose the option where I didn’t have to sign for the package, yet I still ended up having to go pick it up from somewhere else later in the day. The color is not nearly as dense as any pictures show.
