Quick delivery, poor quality.
The lenses came quickly and all, but the white lenses you could not wear unless you were sitting in one place the entire time. The white covered the pupil so you basically were blind while wearing them.

Im actually really excited to get my order so i can use it this halloween ! I got my order but unfortunately it was broken when i received it. It has a ripped on the lens itself . (I just barely opened the packaged just awhile ago) & just noticed that the lens has a ripped on the lens so unfortunately i didnt got a chance to wear it today :( or even try it on . Im really disappointed.sad.
Too long of a wait
I paid $19 to get the 3-5 business day shipping on my order of just one pair of contacts. It’s taken almost 2 weeks, and they’re still not here. I’ve heard great things about this site, so I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but by the time my order comes in, it won’t have been worth the money I paid for the “fast” shipping.

I’ve ordered from here for years and it’s a hit and miss with the tracking updates (which is rather important to me so I know if I should go through with ordering it or just buy an entirely new thing). This is my first transaction I’ve had since 2016~2017 and I’ve gotten little to no updates from the courier and my order was supposed to come in 8~12 business days after order. Not sure if it’s supposed to arrive 8~12 business days after order or after shipment. Generally unhappy because I was told it’d arrive before Halloween but here we are.

Expect the unexpected
The lenses are good. The wigs are nice. The problem is that half the time I don’t get what I order and shipping is expensive AND they have no relationship with customs so my stuff gets sent back. I’m frustrated with the quality going down over the years. At least their customer service is decent so when they do mess up they are quick to fix it.

Don't pay extra for shipping times
I paid an extra $15 for 3-5 day shipping. It has now been 10 days and my order still hasn't shown up. I needed them for a video I was doing a few days ago. What a scam. If I don't see my order by tomorrow I will be reporting it as theft and a scam to hopefully get my money back through PayPal. I doubt I will ever order from this company again. ****Update: my order showed up today (which is still late). Product is fine, express shipping still isn't worth the extra money.

Uncomfortable but vibrant in color.
So i love the contacts they're the most vibrant of greens! And went perfect with my cosplay!💕 But I wish I got a different one that was more comfortable, these hurt my eyes when I apply them. Leave my eyes red and swollen, along with the fact that I can't see from my left and right peripheral. They're only used for a mere 10 to 20 mins till my eyes begin to hurt. Wish I could get a refund.

Hi, did you soak the lenses overnight prior to first wear? Please inspect closely if the lenses have got any minor notches? Also, note the solution you are using to soak in your lenses.
