Items listed with stocks actually had no stocks
I was trying to purchase several colored contacts and immediately get an email back saying certain colored contacts are sold out—why were they listed on the website then?! I never understood that. Once I reply, it kept going back and forth on another contact being sold out and I replied very quickly to these emails so I don’t understand how this is happening. It got very frustrating on my end and obviously on their end that they refunded my order entirely without my consent. Is that even ok to do?! Basically the items being listed on their website needs to get a daily update because it is NOT accurate.

Since you have also requested to make each lenses into a pair and our team has provided the necessary payment link to you. Unfortunately, since we did not hear back from you for more than 2 months, your order was canceled and refunded. Website and listing is very confusing…
Website and listing is very confusing and sometimes misleading as to whether there are 2 or 1 lens in a product listing. And I was also given different lenses from a same listing.

ZERO STARS & here’s why!
I for starters NEVER received this item 😂 I was notified that one of the lenses had been damaged in the process & I was given the option for refund & I decided I wanted a full refund for BOTH lenses as clearly, ppl cannot be trusted to deliver products safely with ZERO damage. Anyhow, I never got that ONE len that wasn’t damaged in the process NOR did I receive my full refund for the contact lenses 🙂
