Hello and in response to your inquiry. I was highly impressed with my initial "phone set up" meeting . My representative was very polite and professional. However, it appears that I have not been able to connect with your support team since our first meeting?? I've sent emails, and I have not received a reply that I am aware of? Hence, I hope to connect soon, in order to continue after my 30 day trial period.

This company's it department and assistant section is phenomenal, Greg made it happen, with simple ease of use, great communication! Which is a large factor especially if you're going to get customer's. And was with the person every step of the way. Greg is fantastic, you definitely got a winner.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. What initially appeared to be a simple setup quickly turned into a frustrating process. I made a purchase under the impression that I would be able to utilize a custom number, only to find out shortly afterward that this was not actually an option. When I called for clarification, the customer service representative, Lexi, responded with an unprofessional attitude and failed to clearly explain the process or offer any practical solutions. The lack of helpful support only added to the confusion and frustration. I will say that the manager, Wendy, was more professional and took the time to explain how the company operates and what services are actually available. However, another major drawback is that refunds are handled strictly through email correspondence and can take 3–5 business days to process. Overall, I strongly recommend doing thorough research before using this company so you fully understand their services and policies before making a purchase.
