Its not that anything went wrong its just not what I was expecting from a phone service
Its not that anything went wrong. I didn't realize this service does not allow for texting. The business I am in texting option is very important. Also, the connection when using this number is very spotty or unreliable. When doing outreach to can customers this can make you miss out on a deal. I would just like to see the service improve.

Love the new version
I’ve used Unitel Voice before and signed back up more recently. It’s been great. The new version is less clunky and easier to use than I remember. Customer support has always been really good whenever I’ve needed help. As a 1 and a half person business that’s important because I don’t have time to mess around trying to figure things out on my own. Also like some of the new AI help features they’ve added. Great business phone system if you want something simple that works on your cell phone.
