UNITS Long distance moving and the teams on the local side made our move smooth and easy. We updated the dates no issues and every time we called / texted communicated with a person on the other side of the phone. Would use again.

Good communication from start to finish. No delays, keep dates and even dropped the container a day sooner. They gave me a price 7 months prior and was able to keep that price in July. Can’t say anything negative. Everything went smoothly. 2 things were broken but that’s because they were not packed correctly (husband 😡)

I used Units of Northeast Kansas. Eli Campbell was a dream to work with. Contracts were sent by email. A date was confirmed. We discussed what size unit I needed for the home furniture and good while our house was worked on. A unit was dropped off in front of our home at the specific time in the site I wanted. I did not know how long the work would take. Monthly rates are available. A lock and insurance were options. During a home renovation I don't need more worries. Eli made things worry free.
All went smooth with my long distance move! They provide ample tie-down clamps to hold all your items in place. It took a couple months to get settled, so knowing my unit was in a climate controlled indoor facility was a nice peace of mind.
Really good with communication. Good with delivery and pick up. They were good about accomidating our schedule. We have a tricky driveway and they managed it really well!

Company violated ADA laws and left Unit in a non-parking space and it has now been more than a week. There are plenty of other places to store this unit. Total disregard by this company. If they violate parking rules and cause a hardship to people who need the handicap parking space, this is not the company to go with.
This company was a class act experience. Gina, Mike, and then the local person at my destination, Andrew, were transparent every set of the way, and responsive in timely fashion to every one of my questions, by phone and email. I’m so happy I went with them during the stressful time of moving. No hidden fees or surprises. Thank you so much!
In all honesty Units is dependable and affordable. They helped is with our out of state move from VA to FL. The Unit was delivered in a timely manner. They assisted in finding us the manpower (again affordable). They are professional yet make you feel like family. Also, when we found that we needed another Unit due to too much “stuff” they delivered again in an expeditious manner. The ease of loading and unloading and the speed precision in which its performed is amazing. I highly recommend them for moving or storage needs. They also provide Units for Toys for Tots organization to move and distribute toys.
