Unlock Technologies offers a great…alternative to traditional HELOC loans
Unlock Technologies offers a great financial opportunity to traditional HELOC loans that are straight up 2nd. mortgages with interest and payments monthly. However, one of the advantages of a HEA offer by Unlock they basically advance you your equity without interest or payments limited up to 10 years. Then if you decide to sell, they recover their investment plus a percentage of the selling price of the home's value at that time. This way you saved the interest and monthly payments should you have done a traditional HELOC. Certainly, a great alternative for many that want to borrow and want to avoid additional debt.

Wasn't informed at all about my loan until I complained
Wasn't informed at all about my loan, I had to call in to find out information. When my loan needed documents I didn't know about it until I checked my email. ( I don't check my email everyday. People should reach out by phone also. After I complained everyone was very attentive.
Rene helped thru the process and did a super job while others did not receive emails and things to make it faster

My point of contact (Laura McCleod) understood my need and worked with the team to complete my request. She was very responsive and also provided responses to questions I had. Aside from her assistance and work on my request I was concerned about the time it took to complete my request. I relieved I have the extended time to complete the payback.
