Bought easily one of the prettiest purses I’ve ever owned from them! The fabric was high quality, and the embroidery was detailed and well put together. I don’t have any fear of it falling apart. All their designs are so beautiful and smart. Big Florence and the Machine and Alice in Wonderland vibes from Unlogical Poem’s collection!

Scam Return Policy
Item was fairly nice - not the greatest fabric quality and the fit was really off, shirt was billowy and huge but cropped way too short for me, so I had to return it. My biggest issue is with the sketchy return policy - the same one as I've encountered with many Instagram purchases. They want you to ask for a refund, and then they offer 20% of regular price as refund or you pay shipping- which in my case would have been a $20 refund for a $100 item. It is a scam, because if you pay shipping that is really only between $5-$10 you get a full refund. They try and get away with tricking customer into thinking a partial refund is better than paying return shipping. How about just being transparent and saying full refund minus return shipping? I won't fall for these companies cute Instagram ads again, this is just not how I like to be treated as a consumer. I sent my item back, provided a tracking number and they still say that they'll need to confirm item is returned unworn before approving refund. Fine. I'll wait. But I won't purchase from them again.
