The labels are beautiful! The material, finish, adhesive, and overall print quality are excellent, and they look very professional on my bottles. Shipping was fast, and I would absolutely order from this company again.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there had been a warning for first-time customers about RGB vs. CMYK artwork. My online proof looked rich and vibrant, but the printed labels came out much lighter than expected because my file was in RGB. As someone new to commercial printing, I had no idea this could happen.
Looking back, I understand this wasn't a printing defect—it was a file preparation issue. However, a simple message during the upload or proofing process explaining that RGB files often print differently than they appear on screen would help new customers avoid an expensive mistake.
I now know to use CMYK files and will definitely reorder.

Great Quality Products
The Quality of product fabricated and provided. Did an Amazing job, I do have two suggestions that would turn your 5 Star into a walking on Water.
1.) I dont need that many prints of the same image, If I could get a 50-100 quantity with 5 images evenly distributed.
2.) athe shipping cost almost as much as the product, I would work on getting that down.

Quality worsened?
We've been ordering notepads from UPrinting for the past few years, but the most recent batch seemed to be flatter/thinner and paper was also slightly darker? We hit reorder on the past order, so nothing should have changed. Wondering if they changed their paper supply or something about the way they print, but the new notepads seem to be lower quality.
Never had problems with shipping or delivery, though.
