The Design came out perfect. The colors and imagery is exactly how I am imagined. Quality is demonstrated not only in the structure of the box but also the print itself. This is my second order from UPrinting and both arrived in great time as well. Very helpful throughout the Process
UPrinting recently helped my company with an event by producing some of the nicest looking posters we've ever had. The company's communication was consistent and quick, and my primary contact Racquel helped me every step of the way. Our items shipped quickly and securely. We had multiple clients compliment the print quality on our products. I will definitely use Uprinting again!
Good pricing and quick turn-around. My job was a bumper sticker, and the inks faded after about 4 months on my car.
This was our fourth or fifth time reordering this custom label for our business. Proofs are always reviewed quickly and products sent fast. The only criticism I have is the shipping costs are super high. $50 to ship from LA to LA seems like a lot. If you need to charge more for your products please do. Hiding the profit in shipping charges feels gross from a customer's perspective and makes you question the integrity of the business (at least to an honest person). Nevertheless, the quality of the output is great and the online ordering process is seamless. Thanks!

Ordering and everything was great. But, my orders that were put in at the same time shipped 2 different days and then using Fedex was rather disappointing. It was delayed 3 different time for arrival. Why did I have to pay so much postage???

Printing looks great. I appreciated the help from the design team to fix a few minor issues. Delivery was a bit off. Came by after hours the first time and on a Saturday the second time. Neither time was the anticipated delivery date. Luckily we are working weekends right now.

Disappointed, received door hangers with NO holes. UPrinting did reprint them as they should have to make it right, advised it would be delivered Friday July 24th. Sunday at 4pm the carrier they used tried to deliver it to my business. We were closed, So instead of stating it would be delivered the next day, we now have to wait until July 29th. When I called UPrinting, they stated they have NO LONGER phone number to contact the carrier. The carrier issue is NOT UPrinting issue but that fact they still do business with a shipping company they can't even call is why the LOW score.
