We ordered 1,500 custom 8x6 magnets for our real estate brokerage's back-to-school calendars, and UPrinting exceeded our expectations. The print quality is fantastic, and every single magnet was cut clean and ready to distribute right out of the box. The turn-around time was incredibly fast, but what really sold us was the price. After our previous vendor nearly doubled their rates this year, we were searching for a better alternative and UPrinting came through. Their pricing was right in line with what we were used to paying, without sacrificing quality. We’ll definitely be using them for our future marketing materials!

Had an issue with an order

Had an issue with an order, reached out to customer service via chat under my account on their website and the only thing that they did was point out how the error was my fault and nothing that they did. I've been ordering products from U-Printing for our business for years. Time to switch to a new vendor!

I placed an order for 25 copies

I placed an order for 25 copies, but received 50 instead. Unfortunately, 27 of the copies have a black printing streak/defect on them, leaving me with only 23 usable copies, which is short of the 25 I originally ordered

Will use again!

Used this for save the dates and this was an easy to use website, trusted payment, fast delivery, easy order tracking, and great product. Would absolutely use again! Far exceeded other options from UPS and Walgreens to Shutterfly or similar places.

On time delivery

On time delivery. Professional service. I was shocked that tech support is available 24 hours. The analyst assisted me and even resized my raffle tickets. Awesome work!!!!

The quality of the stickers turned out just as expected.

Quality printing, good pricing

Quality printing, good pricing. Have had some minor print issues in the past, but this order came out great.

Confusion with initial customer service…

Confusion with initial customer service rep regarding approval of proof. Though I gave approval to rep and paid for purchase of tickets all at the same time. However there was apparently another step to approve proof that I was not aware of in discussing with a second rep at a later time. As a result I had to pay extra for expedited printing in order to have tickets in time for sale to my event

Excelent quality

Excelent quality! We love it!

great color and turned out exactly how we anticipated! the X-banner size is small, so make sure that you order a bigger one if you'd like to show off.
