We had a great experience with this purchase. The tracking updates were accurate and kept us informed every step of the way, so we always knew when to expect the delivery. The product arrived exactly as pictured and described, with no surprises. Very happy with the quality and the overall service. We would definitely order from this vendor again!

What Made this Order Great?

What made this order great? The fact that I could upload my art work on the spot. See a proof to ensure my files worked as expected. I was promised 2 day shipping. I got to pick the cardstock. You had my exact preference. Was able to complete the order online. All at 10pm. What could be better than custom ordering on my schedule with my files and my choices. I finished the order believing I was getting exactly what I wanted. Then, ahead of schedule the proof showed up in my inbox. I approved it right away. And to my astonishment, the product showed up ahead of schedule. (Less than a week from order to delivery.) What made this experience great was I felt this process was about getting me what I wanted as quickly as it could be completed. The bonus is the quality of the product exceed my expectations for an online shop with zero human interaction. Thank you for making the process streamline and simple.

Good quality business cards

Aira was the rep I talked to, and she was very helpful and polite. The product arrived and we are very satisfied with the quality.

Easy to use and great quality

Very easy to configure the raffle ticket I needed and delivery was correct and great quality of paper and print.

This was my second order with…

This was my second order with UPrinting, the first was ferric, this was not. I ordered 4 sets of business cards and they were poorly cut and finished. Edges are rough and paper flimsy, even though I opted for a higher grade of paper. I'd be embarrassed to hand these out to clients so likely will have to reorder from the printing company we've used previously for business cards. Disappointing, to say the least.

My print arrived

My print arrived, but after delays, reviewing the order over the phone, paying an additional $100, the color coding for the calendar is not present and these cannot be used as intended.

Great Product and Customer Service

The process from design upload to receiving the final product was easy. The online proof process and approval was simple. The print quality is fantastic and I look forward to ordering again.

All was good

All was good. A little hard to work out the product design. But fine.

I found Uprinting on a whim…

I found Uprinting on a whim when I first started my business. I was invited to be a vendor at my first ever pop-up event and needed a large sign. Google brought me to Uprinting and both the experience and end-product was amazing! So much so that I recently placed another order for a second retractable banner with my updated branding. I am just as happy with my second banner if not MORE. The team was responsive & precise, and my banner arrived within the promised delivery time. Highly recommend for all of your printing and brand needs!
