My experience with UPrinting was great! The non-profit organization that I work for was able to receive a donation from UPrinting that made it possible for us to get vehicle decals to enhance our community outreach. UPrinting staff answered every question I had and I felt very supported throughout the entire process. In the end, we received quality decals that were exactly what we ordered.

The company is deceptive in its pricing model; it added a shipping and handling charge at checkout of nearly the cost of my ~$190.00 of signs. I brought this to their attention and was just brushed off...I would have canceled the order, but they said it was already in production, so they gave a slight discount on the last piece that was not yet shipped...
