Staff at Redmond are very courteous and, importantly, know their business. The sign up process is simple and easy and did not take long. The facility is spotless clean and well lighted. I have never had to wait for a cart to use upon my arrival.

Good location, clean and good facilities; a real bathroom on site - not a Porto-Potty! Please give new customers more time to show how to use the lock instead of waiting till the very very end and doing it only outside. You could demonstrate in the office. I almost had to sit parked in front of my garage door all night, because I could not lock my door because the sheet metal on the door didn't slide. Please try to return phone calls. Thank you
Modern, temperature controlled and reasonable prices

I signed up at this establishment last month on a 3 month 50% off special, they were apparently bought out by another company and I was auto-withdrawn the full amount on my 2nd month...no contact from them at all...I have yet to hear from them at all even concerning the change of ownership or to check on anything and I even sent in an inquiry with no response...will be removing my items just as soon as I can from this place...
They are very professional prompt and very nice employees I recommend this storage facilities to everyone

Friendly, helpful service as we were looking for the right size unit. Good pricing as well. We used Quality Storage in Olympia, Wa on a previous move and went back to them when we needed extra storage this time and are glad we did!
All the units were clean, well taken care of. And the gentleman that helped me at the front desk was very helpful. Their prices, you just can’t beat the prices!
Very easy to use and a great deal. Perfect for what we need.
