Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that the ordered phone cases completely did not match the website descriptions, arriving as cheap plastic materials instead of the advertised tempered glass. Many buyers also experienced frustrating issues regarding incorrect sizing, missing features like MagSafe compatibility, and unhelpful customer service responses when seeking refunds. Some reviewers were happy with their purchases, noting that the phone cases fit their devices well and felt very premium in the hand. Consumer feedback additionally showed the clear custom engravings, smooth glass finishes, and sturdy overall construction of these personalized items.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The phone case arrived looking NOTHING like what was advertised.$35+ for a CHEAP case with your name printed on it. the print actually looks like a printed sticker stuck onto the case. Do yourselves a favor, and don't buy from this scamming, fake company.
It’s a fake website or store . I placed the order even after 2 weeks I didn’t receive, I contacted to live chat 3 times , same questions every time . After purchasing any item you will get email of receipt , but no tracking number. Please don’t buy anything.
I really love my case, I personally don't have any issues with it. I forgot to personalize it, I emailed them and received professional response back. Time frame for receiving item was not long at all, 11/19---12/5. I personally would purchase from them again.
Finally, a case that isn't generic! The name customization is flawless - the font is cute and the placement is perfect. It feels great in the hand and has protected my phone from a couple of accidental drops. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
This case looks nothing like pictured on the site, it actually looks like a photo screened in on the case, so fake, typical China crap. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Not only did the case arrive quicker than expected, but it also looked even better in person. The custom name is so sharp and clear. It fits like a glove and feels very premium. I'm really impressed with the overall service and product.
I absolutely love the way my name looks on this case. The print quality is excellent. My only minor complaint is that the glass back can be a little slick, so I'm sometimes nervous about it sliding out of my hand. Maybe a slightly grippier material on the sides would help?
Ordered a phone case for $24.99 and when I received it the color was not what was advertised on the site. Contacted them several times about wanting to return it because of the misrepresentation of the item and no one will get back to me.
I ordered 2 phone cases on 5/19/2025 and still haven't received them. I corresponded with them but then they went dark and stop responding. I am working through PayPal to get my money back but this company is a joke and DO NOT BUY anything from them. Very shady company. In the correspodence with PayPal they provided a special coupon code so I could re-order and the coupon code was worthless. Didn't work.
Cases are not what they say In a week sides are rubbing off. And has scratches. For the price I paid it's not worst it.
Ordered approx 6 months ago. Still not received. Don't bother folks.
shipping time slow.... had my items at shipping for a week, mailed out, tracking shows still in Mainland china for over a week. low budget packing, and the cases themselves were to be TEMPERED GLASS...They are plastic, and cheap. Dont get scammed like I did. no cover over camera lenses. Rubber trim is cheap and not a real good fit. waste of money in my book.
Piece of crap! Ad says tempered glass. When get, cheap thin plastic from China!
Shipping was extremely slow. The case itself is a joke. Phone does not even sit in it correctly. The rubber bumper is flimsy and the case is just plastic. Don't believe the pictures they put on their site, they got real creative. Total trash product.
I ordered the tempered glass iPhone 16 Pro Max case and I received cheap plastic. I requested a refund.
I bought The IPhone 13 Pro MagSafe Tempered Glass phone case and screen protector! The screen protector was terrible and all bubbles so that was a waste, into the garbage bit went! I had another glass protector of my own, so no big deal I applied that and accepted the fact that I wasted money on the Urgalaxy one, oh well my problem! The case was cool and I really liked how it looked although not like it was advertised! It doesn’t sit on the mag safe chargers securely, but does charge so gets the job done, but not ideal! Then I dropped the phone… with other cases I have dropped my phone a million times and had no issues, not this one, it’s tempered glass so it shattered and is useless! What a waste of money! I won’t make that mistake again and wanted to post a review so others know what they are getting! Not a practical case at all! Very disappointed I haven’t even had it in use for a week! Stay away from these, looks can be deceiving.
Case is paper thin and of very poor quality. Not the same color as in picture and no inscription. I would not even consider buying this if I had seen it in a store. No protection for phone, will not be using this. Require 9.99 to return it. Buyer beware.
The cases depicted on the website are merely great marketing photos, what you actually receive have no texture as it appears on the website and are strictly two dimensional. Only reason I provided one star rating is that the cases do fit very well but certainly are NOT worth the price. As well shipping takes weeks.
Took over 3 weeks to get here, photo made it look amazing, but it looks so damn cheap!! And it does not adequately cover and protect your phone!!
Was supposed to be iphone 15 pro magsafe glass case..full plastic and this one has never seen Magsafe🤷🏼♂️😒
