The product I ordered is not available in the US. When I was in Germany I could easily get it from Amazon.de. However, now that I'm living in the USA I find getting the BrauFasschen Beer Making Kit almost impossible. I hope that the vendor has more become available.
Didn’t keep beverage as cold as I’d like with 2 cubes which are fairly large in size.

This kit provides loads of fun, experimenting with various smoke flavors. I had the occasion to contact their customer service about something, and I must say their response was first class. It's so rare these days for "customer service" to actually provide real service, but Irina at Craftly did just that. I always appreciate a company that makes it clear that they value their customers and go above and beyond because it's the right thing to do.

Awesome customer service!!! I was given the gift to create my whiskey batches from my wife and then misplaced the guide with the instructions. I emailed customer service and received a reply right away that they were out of the office but would contact me the next day..... They did! I just received their email with a PDF of the guidelines.
