Very good experience with my recent purchase (mens bracelet) exceptional quality , beautiful design, comfortable fit. I even saw the exact bracelet go on sale about a week after i purchased it,and all i did was email them that i found the sale price online and they immediately refunded me the $ 50.00 price difference back to my credit card! The bracelet arrived in a nice wooden box and arrived in less than 1 week of my online purchase date. Will gladly order more.

I purchased a truly lovely men's bracelet (the Mariner) from Pig & Hen I'm very happy with. Before ordering, I'd sent a question about the sizing to Pig/Hen and got an answer very quickly. Then I ordered mine. It came as advertised (within 3 business days - even though Pig/Hen is based in London and I reside in the United States). As background, on December 9th, I had initially ordered a similar bracelet from one of P/H's competitors. It had been promised to be delivered by Dec 18th. It hadn't arrived by then even though I received several false shipping updates from the competitor. I then cancelled that purchase on about January 10th (still having not received my order) and insisted the competitor refund my payment. I did dreceive the refund but never received an apology from the competitor. Bottom line - Please deal with Pig/Hen. They did everything right. The competitor did not.
