Purchased item with 3 business day shipping; 13 days later the product has still not arrived. I love small businesses and will go out of my way to support them, and be understanding of logistical issues and third party shipping; but this is disappointing how Pig & Hen has handled the situation essentially having blanket statements generated by AI bots to handle this customer service issue. I would not have purchased this item if I knew how long it would take to arrive.
