I have ordered a number of bracelets from Pig & Hen. All have looked great on-line but the quality and craftsmanship really stood out the second they arrived. People notice and comment on them all the time, so much so that I have started giving them out as gifts to family and friends. I have only had one shipping issue, which wasn't at all Pig & Hen's fault but they immediately worked to resolve it. Patricia, Donna and the rest of the Pig & Hen service team are great!

Not satisfied with the quality and the 4mm size was very small. Not masculine and it just didn't look like the photograph on the website. Maybe the larger would work better and i’ll consider it, but it didn’t look or feel right on my wrist. Customer service was great with the refund and easy to work with, (which is a big plus) but these bracelets need to have more presence on the wrist, especially for a man. Just my personal opinion.

Terrible customer service, contacted you immediately after order was placed, requesting a change, it was not accommodated and no three no possible way order could have been processed in a minute. Left to me to receive product didn't want and return to P&H costing me money... I'm not happy, really too bad your business is not CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Customers drive your revenue / business -

The little metal tag at the end of the bracelet came off of the bracelet. Disappointed that happened E’s right after purchasing.
