I love the look & feel of the bracelet but the clasp is, at least for me, is very difficult & time consuming.

Received the jewelry on time…always love that! Bracelets are absolutely beautiful…so tempted to order more. Wonderful crafting…would totally recommend. Bought them to put under the Christmas tree…couldn’t wait! Look at my bracelets every day and they really do bring joy!

Customer service is outstanding.
Customer service is outstanding. They responded well and took good care of me and acted quickly. Sadly the replacement bracelet did exactly the same thing as the first bracelet. I am not sure what to say regarding the beads used. The metal used seams really good. I have not contacted the company for another replacement I don’t see the point. Fiona

Great customer service on replacement
Unfortunately, my bracelet broke and fortunately you were able to replace it with a similar bracelet. Very happy that we got it replaced as it was a gift and a wonderful memento of our time in Amsterdam. Thank you and I’m back. We’ll come back and shop again.!!
