USA Auto Transport

Good service

Nice super excellent service 👌

David is top notch

David is top notch. We went to Pennsylvania to pick up a camper with a 1/2 ton truck and it wasn't big enough. So we were stuck and needed a way to get it home to Ohio about 400 miles away. One phone call with David and he had it picked up the next day and brought to our home. What a relief!!!!

Great service

Everything was as promised!

SUV shipping - Florida

My SUV was shipped from Cleveland to South Florida in good timing with a respectful crew handling the process. Solid communication allowed a simple drop off and pick up with the dispatch always around during the day to answer any questions. The car got there with no damage and no dust at all from choosing the enclosed trailer option. I'll be using them later on down the road to ship the vehicle back.

Highly Recommended pros

My Vintage Mustang was going to be featured in an event and shipping needed to be flawless. I went through the list of businesses in my area and got along over the phone best with USA Auto Transport. Gary, the gentlemen who I spoke with over the phone also had a Vintage Mustang and took great care of his. I used enclosed shipping to Charlotte. Arrival was right on time and the vehicle arrived without any new damage. When wanted an update I reached out via email which they showed me how to do and put in my order number into the tracking system. Shortly after I got a response. They clearly know what they're doing. Thanks for taking care of my baby!

Arrangements were made to ship a classic vehicle from Chicago to New Jersey. The management team was very responsive and was able to give me a quote within short amount of time via email. The vehicle showed up sooner than scheduled, and in perfect condition. The driver was very cooperative, and I was able to coordinate the drop off with him in real time as he got closer to my destination. Great all around experience....

Car Shipping Pros

USA Auto Transport was great. Shipped my BMW to NYC with them. It was easy to set up, easy to track and the rates were easy to understanding. Pricing was definitely competitive. The best is they were able to get started 2 days after I called. I booked last minute and they were able to meet my demands. Great hospitality when picking up my car. Thank You!

Great Tracking System

Great experience all the way through. I've shipped my car in the past but communication was typically done over the phone or in email. It was nice being able to track my vehicle on their website from my order number. I didn't have to reach out much to them at all while the car was on the way. I knew what was going on just about every time I checked. Car arrived in Miami without any problems and they were nice enough to give it quick rinse before handing me the keys.

After leaving a message here they contacted me within an hr, with a great quote. I wasn't having to much fun fishing around for just the right place so I went with them. The staff kept me updated on the status of the transport, answered all of my questions and was accommodating to my needs. The cars arrived on time, in perfect condition and the driver was polite and professional. The shipping truck that moved my vehicle looked clean and well taken care of. That's a good indicator that they care about all details. They did a full walk through on the vehicle before I signed off for it confirm the job was done correctly.

Quick Ship to Tampa

I've only shipped a car one other time before using this company. It wasn't too bad but it took awhile. This was much faster and the everyone was way more responsive. I wasn't sold a dream or promised the world. They kept it, straight forward and to the point when it came to pricing. Car arrived in Tampa within 3 days from the midwest. Great communication the whole way through.

Thank you

Sent me an email right after I reached out. Gave lots of updates along the way. Much faster than I assumed it would be. Great company that delivered my new car to me. Process was very smooth.

Perfect job, will recommend to everyone

I tried them out shipping 3 cars from one dealership to another location. Very smooth and they really earned our trust. We plan on using them for more work in the future.
