I am updating my review. The Post Office found my order right after I posted this. So this is a legit company and I did receive my order. The material of the shirt is a shiny polyester material and I was expecting a cotton type T-Shirt. It seems a little small for a large but the print was just like the picture on the website. The tracking system said it was delivered on 9/10 (I never got an email saying your package was delivered) and the last time I looked my package was in China so I thought it would be a while and now it says delivered and I don't have anything. All I was told was check with my post office and neighbors but what do I do when they say it was delivered but I have nothing for my money? You can easily say it was delivered but I promise you I don't have my shirt that I ordered. Someone has to be responsible for my package. Please Please tell me I have not been scammed out of my money. It is so hard to trust ordering off the internet but your company seemed trustworthy and you even sent me this survey. I hope we can resolve this to everyone's satisfaction.
Total scam. DO NOT order from them. They will take your money. Ordered three shirts that were never delivered. No way to contact them except via email with automated responses that only take you in circles and do not resolve the issue. They prey on American patriotism. Not a US company. Horrible. DO NOT trust them.

Buyer beware. This company does not exist in the US. The orders are not made in US, not shipped within the US, do not have a customer service telephone number, and they DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES for size.
I ordered a Jackie the Eagle TShirt in women's large. When the shirt arrived, it was much too tight. I asked to return the shirt and exchange it for an Xlarge. Despite at least 5 emails, they have refused to exchange the shirt. They offered to reimburse me a small percentage of the price I paid, but that didn't solve the problem. I liked the shirt very much, just need a larger size.
Maybe one thing that was unexpected was how long it took for us to get the sweatshirt. I did like that we received constant updates. We received the shirt and were very happy with the way it looked. So in that sense it was great!
The product descriptions never state whether the sizing is Women or Unisex. If I buy a shirt with a female model and incorrectly assume it is a women's size rather than Unisex, I order a XL, but when the item arrives and it is clearly a Unisex size and therefore too big, I'm stuck with a shirt that is too big. Given how long it takes to receive these shirts from overseas, no way I am going to try to return to get correct size. This is the second time in 2 separate orders where one item was the correct size and the other too big since I ordered XL for both items, when I should have ordered a L in the other.
Ad says shipping in 1 day. I ordered shirts and received confirmation on August 14. It is now August 28 and my items are still "making it's way thru the shipping system". REALLY??? False advertising. Website says they have no control over shipping partners. THEN CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING PARTNER so that you can honor your advertisement.
I absolutely love the shirt. I did think it was supposed to have the year of her hatching and of her death, but with all the t-shirts I have seen I could easily be mistaken on that, and that is not an important thing to me. I love the picture, and the t-shirt material. In all I love this product.

I ordered a T-shirt over 1month ago and finally received it today! It is a small that looks and fits like a large medium. There's no info regarding the care of the shirt nor what the material is. The only information label on the shirt is S on the back collar. That's it! I'm extremely disappointed and will never order from this slipshod company again.
