I love everything I get from you guys
I love everything I get from you guys. But it always seems as if when I order anything, there's a solid 3-5 days before the order even receives a shipping label. I ordered this for a friend in Florida, and paint from another place in Cali, on the same day. The paint arrived before I even had tracking info. My only gripe. Other than that, package is well boxed and product in excellent condition.

Hi Sora, Thank you so much for reaching out and for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate it. Our goal is always to have orders fulfilled within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends, as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays). However, during major sales events like our Christmas in July Sale, we do experience a significant increase in order volume, which can sometimes extend our normal fulfillment timeline. We're continually reviewing our fulfillment process during these high-volume events and looking for ways to improve shipping times so we can provide a better experience for our customers. Thank you again for your patience and understanding, and we appreciate you choosing to shop with us!

Always a good place to get supplies and Gunpla, my only complaint is they send quite a few marketing emails, but that's a minor gripe. I've never had any real issues, and am happy to continue to do business eith them.
