Perfect ordering experience
Great place to get model kits!!
Usa gundam store carries kits you can’t find other places. Prices are fair especially if you order a few kits at a time. Fast shipping once pre orders come in stock. Great communication.
Really great overall!
Customer service had a great response time and was very friendly! Even though my figure came with a defect and the issue was with the manufacturer, they were very kind and understanding and even provided the link for the manufacturer’s customer support! :D I ordered the Till nenderoid and once it shipped out, I was able to track the package while! It came a lot faster than I anticipated, so that was a nice surprise! Thanks ^-^
Nothing to complain about.
Frequent sales, and they let you use those on pre-orders. the pre-orders are often delayed, but still, there's really nothing to complain about here.
