My go-to for gunpla,
I've been ordering from USAGS since 2021, and I've rarely ever had any issues with them in those five years, and most of those issues fall more on USPS than USAGS anyway. Their pricing is pretty good, a lot better than Amazon's at least, their selection is always fairly balanced and it's never too hard to find something that'll catch your eye. And the sales, they have so many sales going on throughout the year, and so many promotions too, so it's pretty easy to get a decent discount on your order more often than not. I've even gotten some of their own branded tools, and they're a lot better than other hobby shop branded tools in my experience. There have been a couple of experiences with pre orders that could've gone better, but like even those got resolved fairly quickly, their staff is very quick to respond when you reach out.
Arrived in pristine condition as always!
The model arrived in wonderful condition (never had any issues with the packaging on any models I have received). The model arrived on time or even a day or two early. Thank you for taking such care in packaging the model kits so well!
Great Shipping Speed, But Discount Codes Need Transparency
Fast shipping and fair pricing! My only real issue is the discount code setup. Having to hunt around for promo codes and constantly seeing different offers makes it feel like the best deal is hidden behind unnecessary hoops. I’m not saying that's intentionally the case, but I much prefer when a store puts their best price right upfront without extra strings attached.

I spend some money with this store , but now they lost my business, they didn't refund my entire order and they keep the shipping money I paid for the shipping and the return and they should reimburse it as well, very sorry but they didn't make any sense, they can keep the money , but not my business, also I already contacted them in the past when some paint bottles arrived half a way empty. And they said that I should fill the bottle with thinner, make nonsense.

Because of the nature of solvent-based paints, some evaporation can also occur over time. I’ve used USAGS multiple times now to purchase Gundam kits and haven’t been disappointed once. The variety of hard to find kits and multiple manufacturers is great. I just purchased the MG Oberon kit as well as the Fire Lord kit and they look amazing. Prices are comparable to anyplace you can find quality kits. Shipping is fast and easily tracked from purchase to delivery.
I am not a Gundam person
I am not a Gundam person. I've seen some incredible builds but I'm more in to armor/aircraft kits. Has that stopped me from shopping at usagundamstore? Nope! One thing I have noticed when I returned to model building was the Gundam builders had some AMAZING modeling tools and supplies that I've never seen before! And since USAGS has some great sales at times I've been able to get tools from Dspiae, Stedi and USAGS house brand at great prices! So I recommend giving them a look even if you not a Gundam person. I'm glad I did!
USAGS - The Model Experience for Model Shopping
USAGS is an incredible store. I’ve ordered multiple models from them over the last year. Each one comes beautiful and reliably packaged. I’ve personally never even had so much as a dent in a box, they always come as if I picked them off the shelf myself. Each order comes with a thank you note signed but the employee who packed the box which I feel is a nice, classy touch. They’re very responsive when emailed, and are efficient when processing and shipping orders. They continue to be my go to store for online model shopping, you don’t need to look anywhere else!
