U S service was very understanding when…
U S service was very understanding when I said that my dogs vest tore after a few days. They immediately sent me another vest. The people I dealt with were very understanding and helpful in answering my questions.

When I open my package, I noticed the service vest was too small. I called customer service and they were very nice and helpful and requested that I just mail back the small vest and they would send a new one the correct size. The person was very kind and helpful and within a few days I receive the new vest

Haven’t actually had the privilege of the chance to use getting my dog as a support animal service dog.
