It works well most of the time. Sometimes it scrambles words or meanings. The video may be inconsistent. Things appear & disappear unnaturally. The payment model is a little confusing to me. Lastly, I have the free version on my phone & here but neither recognizes that I have this pay version. Chatgpt just cut me off here on my laptop !?!

Not value for money - I would prefer using Claude directly. Tricked into subscription from an inoyial 0.99 $ for 1st 7 DAYS to 40$per mth . I came to onow only after 3 mths; I did not use it for a single day and still they did not refund .

It's telling me to download a file by clicking but it's only giving me text. There's no clickable link. And there's no such thing as a free trial anymore? That's bananas. Chat GPT is much quicker and more dependable. I can also tap enter to submit my query but I have to take extra steps to do that with Claude. Recently, I tried to create an image of me in a blazer for a profile pic and it literally couldn't figure out where my hair began and ended. It would say it was "removing fly aways" but remove part of my shirt. Ridiculous. I asked ChatGPT and it produced it in seconds with a perfect image. My work requires me to use this bogus service but it won't give me a license. Gotta love the future, right?

This company had some how set me up on a billing cycle via PayPal I have never used their services I suspect fraudulent activity. This has been going on since April I only just discovered it as the money has been taken from a business card. I even checked all my email address to see If an active account had been set up for something that it was hidden within as I have read stories of this about this company appearing as other ai tools to fool yoU. and it had not so someone clearly has an account and used my billing inform from PayPal. They have been rejecting my request for a refund and have raised this with PayPal I will also be raising this with AMeX who the money was taken from. Stay away I hear of many people having similar issues with this service and recurring bill traps.

They are scammers. I asked the AI to generate an image for me then it said he can generate it but will require me to buy the subscription because he is not able to generate images with current plan. I bought it and now he's denying to do my work and even not accepting that he said to generate the image after subscription

I signed up for a trial with use.ai to test out their service. I used it once, realized it wasn’t what I needed, and logged out. Fast forward to today, and I get hit with a $29.99 charge pulled straight from my CashApp. There was absolutely no "trial ending" email, no heads-up, and no warning. They just quietly converted the trial into a paid subscription and took the money. They bury their terms and rely on a strict "No Refund" policy to trap you in a recurring billing cycle before you even realize what happened. I’ve already had to dispute the transaction through CashApp just to protect my account from future unauthorized pulls, and I am escalating this for a full refund based on automatic renewal laws. If you are going to try this company, do not give them your primary payment info. They are banking on you forgetting so they can hit you with a hidden charge.

Sample time was cheap enough - tho' it ended too quickly for me. I used ChatGPT to give me literary criticism to a set of my stories. Some of it's criticisms were trivial, some in depth. It has given me some "perspectives" on my writing for me to review. I did try getting it to write like me. It couldn't seem to do it. So as a writer I don't feel threatned by AI yet
