What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People love joining these guided walks because the staff members are exceptionally friendly, highly knowledgeable, and keep everyone thoroughly entertained with fascinating historical stories. Consumers frequently share that exploring various local areas and haunted locations feels personal and engaging, turning evening outings into truly memorable adventures. However, some people mentioned that certain guides were difficult to hear, spoke in a monotone voice, or struggled to use a microphone when background traffic noise became too loud. Visitors occasionally noted that walking tours lacked proper audio equipment, making it hard to follow the storytelling during busy evening hours.

Our guide was informative
Our guide was informative, interesting and spent quality time answering questions. We loved it! We are still repeating stories he told.
Amazing tour
Amazing tour. I cannot recommend a stop in Fall River enough. Not corny, not sensational- just an infamous crime that is well researched and well presented leaving you to decide whodunit or if those murdered still walk the halls.

If you love ghost hunting this place is perfect. Very clean, easy instructions, and if you have a child into the paranormal it's even better. My daughter is 7 and it is so hard to find places she can go, we had a blast and some crazy experiences with our equipment.
Spirits in my hometown
Loved this experience! Tour guide was so friendly and knew so much about the spirits of Saratoga. Had a great time.
Walking in Wilmington at night
Loved Andy's informative talk and the fact that I could hear every word he spoke. For a short visit to Wilmington, I saw more of the city than what I would have seen on my own. Thank you.
It was very entertaining

Disappointed
We booked a one night stay in the Lizzie Borden House staying in the Bridget Sullivan room. We did this because the website when booking describes this room as having “a full bathroom at your disposal”. We purchased and took the tour of the house when we arrived and saw that the room shares a bathroom with 2 other bedrooms on the same floor. When we saw the room did not have its own bathroom and we’d potentially be sharing a bathroom between 9 people we told staff that we would not be staying because the room description said the room had its own bathroom which it does not. I later asked for a refund and they refused which was disappointing. They said elsewhere on the website states all 3rd floor rooms share a bathroom which again could potentially be 9 people using 1 bathroom.
Spooky adventure
Fun ghost tour. History of Colorado City along with the ghostly tales. Met some individuals that had their own ghostly experiences in one of the haunted buildings. Also had some communication via this ghost communication app.
