Parcel was delivered at the wrong place and not safe
Choosing the product was easy. I got a confirmation email for my order, that was good. I also got an email when my order was ready to be shipped out, that was impressive, although I think that still took longer than it should have been . What I am not happy with is that it has taken close to 12days now and my order has not got to its delivery address. The estimated time of delivery at the point of ordering was 5 to 6 days. Apparently,it appears as though, emails and orders are not attended to during weekends but for an online service, it should be. The picture sent to me through tracking shows that the parcel was not dropped at the mailbox nor the apartment number. It was dropped outside an office that had closed at night. The safe delivery of the parcel was not considered. Till now, the recipient has not received the parcel.
I did not receive a return slip, neither invoice for what I bought on line!
I do not understand why you will send me the merchandise ,without return slip
If I wanna return it or exchange it !

I by mistake wrote Shalin complex in place of CAMP DANBEE. And they are not let me correct that in my address. I tried calling the costumer care office from 2 days no one is receiving the calls.
Your shipping charge is too expensive. Your website is tricky and defaults to me paying for the insurance delivery. Some shirt that’s worth $11 becomes $23 if I am not careful with the hidden defaults you guys insert in the ordering process.
Terrible experience.. my $30 off exclusive offer from the Shop app was not honored by Polo Association store.. shop app said it was polo association Polo Association said it was the shop at fault.. I don’t do business with people who don’t honor their words so I won’t be using either again
Love the quality of the polo dress I recently purchased. I was able to purchase it on sale and the one I bought was available in all sizes — usually the L and XL sizes are the only ones on sale.
I bought a pair of pants from they and they are very comfy and feel like quality material. The delivery was a little slow but that due to UPS. They are as advertised.
