I placed my order over a week ago and…
I placed my order over a week ago and it still has not shipped. UPS tracking says the package has not yet been received by the carrier! I called customer service yesterday and had to leave a voicemail because “no agents were available to take my call.” I still have not heard back! Horrible service!

Very poor customer service
I received the package after 12 days of purchase. One item was completely different color. I submitted my return, but not received the label. Waited…. Nothing. I called the bank to complain, because there was only one day left till expiration of 30 days return policy. After bank got involved and refunded me , I finally got my label to ship items back.
