Can't get help with damaged order, what now?
I worked trying to put order in online for almost a week, but had non stop issues with website, then it wouldn't take my coupon code that was texted to me, so I tried calling in the beginning everyday to place order by phone. Finally got order in, only to have it arrive damaged, contents were wet and had mildew. I emailed company, but not much help, and then ended up calling everyday to ask for replacement order due to damaged package contents since I purchased the insurance for damaged/lost products in transit. No one would help me, so am out a huge chunk of cash for grandson's school clothes. Now I don't know what to do or if I even can risk ordering again. Son's & grandsons love US Polo jeans especially & always purchased those. Come on US Polo, why not honor the insurance you offer in cases like these? I do love your products, but this is not right.

Wasn’t permitted to change the shipping address, even shortly after i placed it. Then no response after that proclamation. Rep was brief and seemed annoyed. Finally i reached out and agree ld to have it delivered to the original shipping address and it arrived with the boxes damaged tho product intact. Would not order again.
