delivery service is very poor
The product quality is very good, but the delivery service is very poor. When it rains, the package is left in a place where it can get wet. There is an overhang of several square feet right by the entrance, and the delivery person only needs to walk a few more steps to keep the package out of the rain. I hope the company can pay more attention to the delivery service and improve the responsibility of its delivery drivers.

There is a delivery fees applied + packing fees applied and one of the T-shirt is not good but I cannot return as again you are charging me for returns and then going to refund the amount which deducts my return of half ! . The packing is not special and tracking is unavailable. I would honestly feel after collecting both packing fees and delivery fees you should have offered no obligation returns or even offer to return to nearest any US POLO stores !! I would think twice ordering online after this experience

I was not aspecting That a brand can do this type of cheating, I ordered grey colour shirt and they sent black colour. Please look in to it if once trust gone then a customer never come back
shorts were not as described
shorts were not as described, these are huge and baggy unlike the previous ones I bought, the denim one was 29 waist instead of 34, none fit, none work, I need to return the whole package and they forced me to pay almost $18 to return on top of the $5 insurance I paid for free returns plus other deductions
