Poor Delivery Handling and Unacceptable Customer Service
My order was lost because it was left in a public walkway instead of being delivered to the designated mail room or a secure location on the property. I reported the issue, but I was not provided with any ticket number, case reference, or formal record of my claim. The only response I received verbally was that I need to place the order again, and that you will investigate with the courier. I was also told that because I did not purchase delivery insurance, there is nothing you can do. My concern is this: I purchased an item online, but it was never safely delivered to me. The package was left in a public area where it was vulnerable to being lost or stolen. Can this reasonably be considered a completed delivery? I do not believe the responsibility should fall on the customer when the delivery instructions were not properly followed. Leaving a package in an unsecured public area is not an acceptable delivery practice. I am very disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I expected better customer service and a proper investigation rather than being asked to reorder the item and accept the loss. I would appreciate a formal review of this case and a fair resolution.
The shirts were cheap looking
The shirts were cheap looking. Not genuine. And that company robbed me of $15 for delivery charges. Obviously, I returned their cheap shirts.

Order no USPA239897. I bought items total £135.00 Trying to return an. Item, a gingham womens shirt as not as advertised. I have until 17 August 26 to return. I keep getting an error code. I emailed company they sent a link, having same issues. Try contacting them no help whatsoever. Stay away from This company quick to process and take your money. Problems to return fir a refund.
