From chaos to perfection…
My move monday got messed up and I spent 4 hours trying to correct my phone number but they accommodated a move with a two days notice. My movers were fantastic and really hustled and got done in 2 hours. Tim and his associate were fantastic
My stuff is missing
I worked with US Relocation to move one item (a large chair) between states. As of now, my property is still missing more than 2 months after it was supposedly picked up. They were very difficult to communicate with throughout the process, always promising me they would "take care of it" and never following through. I spoke to countless individuals. Scheduling the pickup was a mess. I was told over the phone "it is done, ma'am" when the pickup occurred, but I never received an invoice or any paperwork showing that the item was picked up. I followed up for several weeks to ascertain the status, and they promised to "take care of it" and "let me know as soon as possible." Finally, I found out that the company they were working with is now out of service according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (R&D Moving & Storage Company, LLC). All US Relocation has told me is "we can't reach the movers" and that they'll "take care of it". They promise to call me back... in 5 minutes, in 1 hour, tomorrow... but they never do. If US Relocation had been working with a legitimate company, perhaps this would have gone smoothly, even though communication with them was difficult. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to help you.

Trustworthy & affordable
Very profesional, attentive & on time. I was moving from Gainesville to South Fl: about 5 hours-drive, on my own, and everything was so overpriced out there. Unfortunately, people working for moving companies can be very rude - not understanding enough of people’s needs. These guys are good and affordable. They work with local moving companies. In other words. It’s not US relocation itself doing the heavy work. They just connect you with the right people. The local company in Gainesville that provided the moving services is called Sunbelt. They are super careful wrapping your furniture so there is no damage along the way. Also, they carry everything for you if you happen to be on your own like myself. Go for it. Don’t look any further. Trust me. It’s a waste of time researching on the web elsewhere.

Response time was within 24 hours of any question I had, there was extensive follow-up to make sure I was happy with the move, and prices appear to be comparable with the market. Overall I had an excellent experience.
